We provide free shipping for all purchases over CAN$75 and a flat rate of $8 for all purchases less than CAN$75.
We provide free shipping for all purchases over $75.00 and a flat fee of $8 for all purchases less than $75.00. As of August, 2020, all orders will be shipped with UPS. Once the unprecedented delays caused by recent changes at the United States Postal Service have been rectified, we will resume shipping with them.
Because of post office restrictions caused by Covid-19, we regret that we only sell in Canada and the United States at this time.
EXCHANGES (We do not provide refunds)
We understand that there are instances where you order something that doesn’t quite fit your vision. If you aren’t completely in love with your purchase once it arrives, we will gladly provide an exchange. Please contact us WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of the receipt of your package at [email protected] . You must ship the item back within the five days and cover the shipping cost for the new item.
As long as the tags are still on the merchandise and it shows no signs of being worn, and as long as all of the original packaging is intact, we will grant the exchange. Please note that if the package does not meet our policies, it will be returned to the customer at their cost, without an exchange being given.
All of our items are inspected thoroughly and photographed before being shipped so that we know you are receiving them in perfect condition. Should this not be the case upon arrival due to poor shipping and handling conditions, or due to some unforeseen circumstance, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the issue in the best way possible. We insure our parcels against loss or damage.
