Shipping Rates

We provide free shipping for all purchases over $75 and a flat rate of $15 for all purchases less than $75. We generally use Canada Post, as it serves us well and makes it possible to keep the shipping costs lower for everyone. If you prefer another shipping method, you should contact us in advance of your purchase.

Exchanges (We do not provide refunds)

We understand that there are instances where you order something that doesn’t quite fit your vision. If you are not completely in love with your purchase once it arrives, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit. Please contact us WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS at [email protected](‘within five days’ refers to the timeframe from the moment your package arrives). We will issue an exchange confirmation number to write on the package with your return address.

As long as the tags are still on the merchandise and it shows no signs of being worn, and as long as all of the original packaging is intact, we will accept the package and grant the credit or exchange. Please note that if the package does not meet our policies, it will be returned back to the customer at their cost, without an exchange being given.

The return package must be shipped back and postmarked within 5 business days of receiving it from us. The customer pays the return shipping and insurance (we are not responsible for the loss or damage to packages returned to us).  The customer pays a flat-rate of $15 for the new shipment.

We will email you when we receive your package and credit your CBJ account.

This store credit can be used anytime within ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase.

All of our items are inspected thoroughly and photographed before being shipped so that we know you are receiving our jewelry in perfect condition. Should this not be the case upon arrival due to poor shipping and handling conditions, or due to some unforeseen circumstance, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the issue in the best way possible. We do insure our parcels against loss or damage. We want your experience with us to be a happy part of your wedding & event memories, so please allow us to serve you in that capacity by following our policies.

We are sincerely saddened that some customers have unethically worn items and attempted to return them after their event. To protect our brand, and continue providing our customers with this ongoing collection of finely-crafted products, it is necessary for us to enforce a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges of our products.

If you did not receive your parcel in time for your event, you can return if for a store credit remembering that all of our policies still apply as stated above.

Please note that your parcels must go through US Customs and therefore are subject to possible inspection delays and Customs Duties (taxes) for which we are not responsible.  We are obliged by law to put the accurate worth of the package contents on the customs’ form. Delays from Customs are infrequent, but should be taken into consideration when ordering.
